School RN
The Farmington Valley VNA oversees the School Nursing program for the Granby Board of Education. We are seeking an experienced School RN for a 35 hour/week position at Kelly Lane Primary School (PreK-2) in Granby. This position follows the 10 month school calendar. Candidate must hold a current, valid State of Connecticut RN license, and current, valid CPR certification. SNAP and Excel experience is preferred. Summer orientation will be provided. Hospice Pastoral Care Coordinator – Part Time
Growing Hospice program seeking a Pastoral Care Coordinator. As a Hospice Team member the right candidate is an ordained member of the clergy in good standing, experienced in providing spiritual care/support to terminally ill patients/families, extensive knowledge of religious/spiritual needs spanning wide spectrum of beliefs/traditions. The Farmington Valley VNA is seeking CNA's to assist our home care clients with personal hygiene, ambulation, and other plan of care tasks on a part-time or per diem basis. Must have an active CT CNA certificate, valid CT driver's license, reliable transportation, good communication skills, and a positive, professional attitude.
