About Us
Making a decision about health care can be stressful, and wondering about the quality of the service you choose for yourself or a loved one can compound that stress. If you've decided that home care is right for you, then turn to an agency you can trust. For more than 100 years The Farmington Valley Visiting Nurse Association (FV-VNA) has strengthened our community by providing people with quality, professional home health care.
Since 1908 the FV-VNA has cared for clients in 19 local communities. We work closely with doctors, hospitals, insurance companies and managed care providers to fortify the well-being of the communities that we serve. The FV-VNA brings home the skilled, compassionate care our neighbors need to help them stay in the place that they feel most comfortable.
We are a Medicare-certified, State-licensed, non-profit health agency and Hospice based in Simsbury with satellite offices in Farmington and Granby. FV-VNA's community professionals use their knowledge of local services to deliver the best care.
